Why do I need TRON Energy?
Energy is a TRON network resource for executing smart contracts, including USDT TRC-20 transfers. Rented Energy replaces the TRX your wallet would otherwise burn for the operation. Bandwidth fees are separate.
How do I choose the right package?
One USDT transfer to a wallet that already holds USDT uses about 65 000 Energy. The two-transfer package provides 131 000 Energy - also enough for one transfer to an empty wallet. Actual usage depends on network conditions and the recipient wallet, so transfer counts are estimates.
Which wallet receives the Energy?
The address you sent TRX from. Pay from your own TRON wallet. Do not pay from an exchange: its wallet would be the sender and would receive the Energy.
How long does the Energy last?
Energy is available for about 1 hour after it arrives. Partly used Energy is not lost: the remainder stays available until the rental ends.
Do I need to sign up or connect my wallet?
No. Quick Buy needs no sign-up and no wallet connection: you just send the exact TRX amount. Trengy never asks for your seed phrase or private key.
What if my payment has not appeared?
Check that the transfer is confirmed on TRON, was sent to the address on this page and matches the exact TRX amount. Processing starts automatically once the block is confirmed. Do not send another payment until the status is clear. If the payment is confirmed but the Energy has not arrived, contact Support and include the TxID of the transfer.
